To say I'm about half way there after about two months of painting is a bit optimistic. But here's the first stands of Burgundian Ordonnance, based for ADLG. They'll likely be used for French Ordonnance and Wars of the Roses (WotR) as well.
These are all from Perry Miniature's WotR and 1450 - 1500 Ranges, plastics which come in boxes that just don't stop giving - so many great options and parts.
I've gone for one stand represents an Ordonnance company of that infantry/cavalry type, using 'uniform' sources from Google searches.
Foot Knights
There's four standard foot knight units as dismounted options for their mounted counterparts.
With a couple of Elite foot knight units if there's ever a need, distiguished by their banners. Banners also from the PM sets.
Currours/Coustillers & Light Horse
Can't go wrong using cavalry with lances and the first unit of light cavalry in the form of Italian mercenaries.
Pike
A core of standard pikes with a couple of Burgundian paint jobs and a contingent of pike from Flanders (in yellow livery)
Gunners
Also the first unit of handgunners with a couple more to do along with 4 knights stands, 6 bow, another light horse, some crossbows and bills to finish... almost halfway.
